SENIOR APPIAN DEVELOPER

Horizon Industries Limited (Horizon) is a dynamic IT and Management Consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. We are currently seeking a Senior Appian Developer for a full-time position remotely, supporting The Department of Labor (DOL).

Duties of a Senior Appian Developer may include:

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.
• Will plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
• Opportunity to mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams.
• Have previous experience with database and system integration.
• 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
• Possess experience in an Agile environment.
• Being Appian certified is a plus.

Horizon works at the forefront of new Appian features and development practices and supports its employees in being trained and certified in the latest and greatest.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

Salary Range: $160,000-$180,000
