Scott Peterson Motors is hiring a Sales Manager for our Sturgis location, one of the fastest growing and progressive dealerships in the area. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and a working knowledge of car sales. This role is a member of our leadership team and will be expected to lead by example with a willingness to learn and improve, cultivate a positive teamwork atmosphere within the sales team and throughout the other teams within our locations. As a leader, this person will have a consistently positive outlook with a willingness to teach and grow each member of their team into their full potential. This position is a full-time position eligible for health benefits, matching retirement and vacation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
