Not only will you be in the security industry, which is always needed, but aluminum is a new material for this product in the U.S, and consumers love it.

Job Requirements:

• Efficiently and effectively sells products to customers and meets customer needs.
• Must have a technical mind.
• Submits proposals by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Going out on set appointments of inbound callers who are interested.
• Ensures customer satisfaction: Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results.
• Attend department and company meetings.
• Be coachable.
• Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing, products, & marketing.
• Follow company procedures.

· Hands-on training in all the phases and processes of our product.

· Dedicated Marketing and Administrative support, to assist with appointments, and follow-ups.

· Assist with weekly goals, and daily sales plans

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years experience working in Field Sales/or constraction, or any related field that takes driving and meeting in people’s homes, offices, job sites. Not people who are coming from retail or office environment.

· Must have a technical mindset

· Organizational skills, research skills, critical thinking skills

· Excellent customer service, communicational, marketing/ sales skills

Pay: $ 6,000 per month for the duration of your 3 month training period or the commissions, what ever is the highest
