Individual Support Home Health Agency provides in-home care to elderly, disabled, and developmentally disabled clients, and employs dependable, caring, and trustworthy people like you. We provide hands-on care to help our clients be independent in their own homes.

ISHHA is seeking a dependable scheduler with good work ethic, amazing customer service, great communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a team player. As a scheduler, you are responsible for coordinating care between our clients and staff to help ensure they are receiving the highest possible quality of care. This position requires someone who has flexability with their schedule as shifts can begin as early as 6:00 am. Schedulers are required to be in an on call rotation which also may require working outside of our normal business hours.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 1 year in the home health field
• Current HHA/CNA License
• Availability of 6a-5p Monday-Friday & On Call Rotation (1 position)
• Willingness to staff clients as needed
• Valid Drivers License
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to comply with HIPPA guidelines
• Previous scheduling experience is a plus
