J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a talented Digital Product Manager who will deliver new and innovative digital solutions for the real estate segment. Are you passionate about digital and data capabilities? You have found the right team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of a customer driven roadmap, explore potential partnership opportunities and evaluate new product capabilities
  • Create user stories, prioritize requirements and assist in testing with an agile approach
  • Partner with the design and research teams understand client needs, create rapid prototyping and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Effectively collaborate across various internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Support and Sales
  • Proactively identify issues and own resolution end-to-end
  • Support the creation of client collateral and resources such as documentation, user guides, policies and procedures
  • Maintain deep knowledge on target market trends, personas and client journeys
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and champion the product
  • Project manage workstreams and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of total professional experience required
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Passion for the customer experience and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Solution oriented and results driven with demonstrated drive to meet objectives
  • Track record demonstrating personal initiative, setting and achieving goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate and develop relationships across teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and can manage and execute across competing deliverables
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Acts in a leadership capacity while effictively working in team environments
  • Fast learner who can operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Detail oriented with experience managing initiatives
