The Hospice Social Worker is responsible for assisting patients and families in managing the psychosocial, emotional and resource needs related to end of life issues.
The days and hours for the Social Worker are M-F from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m..
The salary for this position ranges from $24.60 to $31.50 with a sign on bonus. In addition, they receive a monthly cell phone stipend and mileage.
Our office is located in Holland and our service area includes all of Allegan and Ottawa Counties and significant parts of Kent and Muskegon Counties as well as the northern portion of Van Buren County.

Step seven (7) is the maximum step placement based on year for year teaching experience or two years of FTE work experience in the field per step.

Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.
Current and active California RN license. Licensed driver with insured automobile - in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
