Requirements

Forever Fit’s 1:1 treatment model and reliance on excellent word of mouth to drive referrals requires that you are truly present with your patients and your team. We expect your treatment planning consistently reflects the unique functional demands of the patient and that documentation and billing that clearly reflects the value you provide. NEW GRADS are welcome to apply. We will train you in these skills but you must takes initiative to learn and be an active participant in mentoring process. Schedules will be increased over 90 days to allow for acclimation to independent practice.
