Our company headquartered in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to help our growing business. This position provides first level technical support, responds to help desk service requests, and assists in maintaining a superior customer experience.

Assignments may include

· Acting as a first responder to technical support for users with workstation-based issue

· Initial troubleshooting and escalation of issues

· Document and communicate status updates of tickets

· Document processes and procedures

· Remote support and administration of users and servers

· Minimal travel to client locations for onsite support

· Technical project work as needed

· Participate in On-Call rotation for support

· Other duties may be assigned as needed

Required Skills

· 3 years of Helpdesk Support Experience

· Strong customer service skills with the desire to serve others

· Able to demonstrate willingness to work as a team player

· Ability to prioritize on the fly

· Solid process and documentation skills

· Strong working knowledge of Windows 10

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365

· Current knowledge of network infrastructure technology

· Able to demonstrate basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills

· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written with end users and team members

· Must possess a get-it-done attitude

Preferred Skills

· Experience working with or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) a plus

· Prior help desk or technical support experience in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to adapt to change quickly

· Experience working with Public Accounting firms a plus

· Windows Server 2003-2019 experience

· Experience with backup solutions

· Experience with ticketing and RMM systems preferred

· Technical Certifications with CompTIA (A+, NET+, Etc) and/or Microsoft

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
