This position will assist the farm manager with all duties associated with a thoroughbred breeding farm. Such duties will include foaling assistance, breeding assistance, stall cleaning, feeding, and general farm labor. It is a full-time position but duties and daily schedule with very with the time of year and will include two weeks of paid vacation per year. Equine experience is required, and thoroughbred and foaling experience is preferred. Furnished housing including internet, electric, water, and cable are provided as part of the salary package. There is a possibility for employment for two individuals the second being either full or part-time, but housing would be a shared two-bedroom unit for such positions.
Successful candidate will be required to pass a drug test.
