Warehouse Lead / Office Administrator

Salary - 18-22$ per hour

40 Clark Street, Suite E, Salinas CA 93901

Advanced Linen is expanding in the Monterey Bay Peninsula, and we’re looking for exceptional people to help manage our existing warehouse. Our company has seen over decade of growth, creating a stable work environment employees can count on.

This position will be located at our new distribution center in Salinas.

Hours: Monday - Friday Hours TBD

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels on shelves to ensure prompt delivery to customer
  • Build routes to be loaded on delivery trucks for subsequent deliveries
  • Assist drivers in loading clean linens for daily deliveries
  • Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, changing par levels, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and questions
  • Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics
  • Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
