Position Summary

• Design, implement, test, debug, document, and maintain high-performance web-based enterprise applications and web services
• Maintain responsibility for the design, installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of MySQL DB architecture ensuring long-term requirements of systems operations
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot responsive websites, following industry standards
• Implement industry best practices for web analytics to track user traffic and user interactions on websites
• Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain complex databases, schemas, views, MySQL scripts, queries, stored procedures, and functions for implementing back-end functionality and integration of systems through database design

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science
• US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations
• 5 years of PHP and MySQL development experience preferred
• Experience with Java, Apache and Tomcat
• Experience with Wordpress and cPanel
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required
• Excellence in programming, debugging, and implementation skills required
• Experience using configuration management tools preferred
• Experience with disaster recovery models, planning and testing preferred
• Knowledge of IT security best practices preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
