POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating/maintaining articles, corresponding with suppliers and internal departments to maintain project schedule and profitability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creates articles for each project in our ERP system.

2. Manage article descriptions and status.

3. Organizes lists of parts with other required information to send to sales coordinator.

4. Manages order changes with engineering and suppliers.

5. Enters orders into ERP system.

6. Tracks project timeline and ensures milestones are met.

7. Arranges freight.

8. Daily contact with project managers and suppliers for material delivery schedule.

9. Compare Purchase Orders to Invoices.

10. Track estimate versus actual project costs.

11. Maintain precise, organized purchasing files and accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficient in Microsoft Window's applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, WebEx)

2. Good oral and written communication skills

RELATED EXPERIENCE

1. Accounting/Purchasing

2. Construction

3. Knowledge of poultry/egg/pig equipment or industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
