Job Responsibilities:

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE/ PHARMA INDUSTRY*******

• Identify new IT Solutions and Staffing opportunities
• Prospect and cold call C Level Execs, Product /Project Managers/Directors, and Procurement team
• Identify client needs, ask relevant questions and uncover new opportunities
• Obtain requirements in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Work with internal IT team to convert customer requirements into design requirement documents, Statement of Work documents, RFP responses and proposals.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 plus years of successful sales / business Development experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.
• Must have Competitive drive, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
• Must be disciplined, motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
