DENTAL OFFICE COORDINATOR

Full Time

MON-WED 8-5pm, THURS 7-3pm

Looking for a seasoned upbeat Office Coordinator that wants to join a growing face-paced office and team. Requirement of 5+ years managing a dental office and has acquired the skill to maintain professionalism when exposed to stressful situations, ability to work cooperatively with management, co-workers, and patients.

- Has the ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks in an independent and timely manner.

- Comfortable in monitoring and managing an office for multiple providers. Maximizing time efficiency in scheduling-helping the doctors and hygienists keep their schedule productive and filled throughout the day by scheduling appointments, confirming up-coming appointments, and maintaing a Quickfill list to aid in filling last minute openings.

- Has an ability to help patients understand their treatment needs, treatment options, and ability to communicate financial requirements with patients.

- Is confident in dental knowledge, dental procedures, and phasing of treatment to assist the doctors and hygienists in their proposed treatment plans.

-Be knowledgable in dental insurance, filing claims, submitting pre-authorizations, and managing denied claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
