JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Environmental Line of Business Vice-President
Reports to: President/Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: As assigned
Job Statues: Full-Time Regular – Exempt
Position Summary:
This position is a top leadership role, member of the executive team, overseeing and building the environmental line of business (LOB) owned by Leisnoi Government Services, LLC (LGS). The Vice-President will direct and coordinate the environmental business operations of LGS and establish and implement current and long-range objectives, strategies, and plans. Guides the environmental line of towards achievement of growth and profit goals.

· Overseeing budgets and staff and evaluating the success of the line of business.
· Serve as key member of executive management team. Meet with team members and other executives to assess the direction of the line of business, develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure the LOB's compliance with the company’s stated mission.
· Attend Leisnoi, Inc. board meetings giving reports and updates.
· Overseeing the complete operation of the LOB and ensuring all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans.
· Responsible for overseeing the performance of a group of major projects to assure the achievement of internal and client facing Leisnoi’s KPIs and project goals
· Position requires an especially accomplished individual to interface with client, lead and support business development opportunities and lead/influence innovative strategies and solutions for a large portfolio of remediation sites
· Drives LOB performance and strategic planning to meet and/or exceed Leisnoi’s KPIs
· Ultimate responsible party for developing and evaluating future new businesspursuits to allow for Leisnoi’s future growth goals
· Participates in project reviews of major program/project performance deep dives to identify issues and improve performance
· Actively integrates internal/external resources into project delivery to meet Leisnoi’s KPIs and manages the change associated with this transition
Qualifications
· BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, Science or related field
· 8 years of Program/Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education
· Experience in prominent roles performing and managing investigation/remediation of federal DoD projects with USACE, US Navy and US Air Force.
· Experienced people manager and/or managing workload of team * · Proven experience successfully managing high-profile, multi-faceted projects involving contaminant impacts at Federal Department of Defense military sites * Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal * · Excellent client management skills
· Builds, maintains, and facilitates trusting relationships with key contacts across the depth and breadth of client organizations
· Serves as a focal point for major issue resolution and provide rapid follow-up to address concerns
· People: Serves as staff team leader, mentor, and supervisor, including career development planning
· Actively share people management responsibilities with the program team
· Manages team goals such as labor volume, utilization, resourcing, staff assignments
· Participates in feedback for Project Managers to assure client satisfaction and long-term growth
· Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits
· Business Development: Works collaboratively with Business Development Managers and directs future focus of Environmental Business Line to grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success of their respective client program
· Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
· Leads capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects within the program, ensures those strategies yield high capture rates, grows the business and relevant technical capabilities
