As the Technical Product Management & Portfolio Leader, you will steering the product strategy for the PBM in partnership with business product management. The role consults with CVS Technology and Business Leaders to drive our transformation to becoming a product-centric enterprise. You will have the opportunity to use your management, organizational development skills, and influence to lead various efforts for the PSS technology teams, which will have a profound impact on the company. You must have the ability to drive technology teams to deliver product portfolios & solutions using existing processes and have the ability to determine what processes need to be enhanced. The responsibilities of this role will require to:
Establish the product management competency within our technology organization partnering with key leaders to train existing talent (Business Analysts and Project Managers) & recruit/hire new talent.
Set the vision & drive the execution for our Product-centric transition including the definition and ongoing management of our product catalogue & roadmap
Develop our technology product catalogue & teaming taxonomy in partnership with PSS Executives & IT Executives
Develop, maintain and govern our PSS technology roadmap working across delivery functions including IT, Data, and Digital organizations.
Build strategic portfolio management practices into our management routines including the identification & measurement of our outcomes & OKRs.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 131,500
Maximum: 297,250
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
15 years of technical experience including the following:
o 5+ years of agile leadership, including execution & delivery
o 7+ years leading organizational change (i.e. coaching & development, training, change management, etc.)
o Experience with portfolio management
o 7+ years Product Management leadership including category-level leadership
o Ability to travel up to 4-6x per year

- Excellent/Expert facilitator
- SaFe certified
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree - Computer Science, Computer Engineering
