MPI Warehouse is a leading wholesale manufacturers representative of products for the Oil & Gas industry. Products include a full range of equipment used in the production, drilling and transportation of Oil & Gas.

Summary of Position

The Inside Sales Representative will manage customer accounts & process orders or quotes. This role will require positive customer interaction and offering of solutions to the customer for their individual needs with the wide variety of our product offerings using technical knowledge of products. The ideal hire will develop strong customer relationships leading to higher customer satisfaction. Candidate will also place orders with manufacturers, track shipments and manage inventory control. Skilled use of office software as well as other computer programs and data entry required.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Sell and promote all product lines to current and prospective customers
• Problem solving and technical assistance to customers
• Develop a full understanding of all products
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote and efficient and effective sales process
• A positive attitude working in a team environment supporting all team members

Requirements High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of Oil & Gas experience
• 1+ years of Inside Sales Experience
• Proficient in typing and computer skills
• Have a current / clean driver’s license
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
