Testing/Defect Support Analyst

Experience and Preferred Skill sets:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a technology analyst role in the mortgage servicing industry
• Prior experience using Black Knight suite of mortgage servicing products (BKFS MSP and ancillary systems preferred
• 3 years’ experience in test management of system/application deployment
• Test defect triage and resolution experience
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
• Above-average planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Project management skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Efficient planning skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

In collaboration with Test Managers and client, and vendor (Black Knight) project team members:

• Identify, inventory, and maintain test event scope, script inventory, and test results.
• Assist operations teams to define test cases to be executed including the test data to be used.
• Manage test results including defect triage and resolution.
• Report test status for business function and product implementation test execution
• Other tasks as assigned by project managers.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $77.00 per hour
