Outbound Sales Team Members offer products, services and supplies to potential and retained customers in our market area. They uncover all home opportunities; describe retail solutions by communicating the value One Hour’s products and services; and move customers to action by scheduling sales appointments.

Those qualified should:

• Have direct experience with customer facing interaction and proven success marketing product for sale
• Possess a proactive and enthusiastic sales approach and marked personal drive
• Have strong negotiation skills, a pleasant, inviting demeanor and a neat appearance
• Be an active listener with strong relationship building skills
• Manage yourself with minimum supervision and easily communicate your daily results

All Sales Team Members should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.
