Woodbridge Home Solutions is a Nationally Recognized home improvement company with over 32 years of industry experience. We offer design assistance to help homeowners select the right combination of products that will enhance their home’s beauty, reduce energy costs, and increase their home’s value. We are looking for driven, dynamic and design-oriented experienced Sales Consultants for our Amarillo Outside Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• In-home consultations for our residential customers.
• Discuss product offerings with homeowners.
• Assist residential homeowners with identifying products that best fit their needs.
• Deliver a proven sales presentation.
• Attend professional paid training and weekly sales meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with industry leading product samples.
• Make use of ongoing support to assist in closing the sale.
• Travel to pre-set and pre-qualified meetings with customers and close deals.

Qualifications:

• In-home sales, outside sales or direct sales experience is REQUIRED
• Consultative selling and design experience is a plus
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule – homeowner appointments may be in the evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent

• Earning Potential of $150k Plus
