We are looking for an individual for a single key position that will help ensure the continued success of our growing company. Please apply if you are an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant General Manager with exceptional leadership skills to train and supervise front-line staff, as well as keeping the restaurant clean, organized and performing well, while meeting restaurant goals and objectives. A successful candidate should have a true passion for working in the food service industry, and will be responsible for maintaining the quality of all menu items.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and train new permanent employees.
• Arrange schedules for staff members.
• Verify that employees are following safety and health regulations (this is important because as it protect customers and employees).
• Supervise direct reports.
• Follow restaurant policies.
• Responsibility for all staff reviews.
• Implement new systems and processes.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance staff.
• Ability to creat a fun atmosphere while at work, for your guest and staff.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
• Able to Manage and coach employees
• Proven customer service and leadership skills
