Pool & Spa Enclosures, LLC is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving company revenue, helping to build out a dealer network, and maximizing the success of our rapidly growing organization.

In this position you will:

· Be involved with direct sales

· Research and identify new potential business opportunities

· Proactively identify, qualify and introduce our product and close deals through the development and execution of innovative sales strategies

· Brainstorm, strategize, and create a business development plan together with the CEO

· Develop, maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with existing and new partnerships

· Serve as an external trusted partner and product expert within the industry

Qualifications:

· Experience driving inside sales

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Highly motivated self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking
