Youngstedt Companies, the Twin Cities Clean Car Masters, is now hiring Cashiers / Customer Service at our Car Wash and Detail Centers located in Chanhassen and Excelsior.

We are seeking friendly, outgoing, dependable and customer oriented individuals preferably with cashier or customer service experience to work Saturdays and Sundays.

As a cashier / customer service representative, you are the first person to interact with a customer and assess the needs of the customer by providing an optimal experience.

Cashiers / customer service representative are a vital link between Youngstedts and our customers, serving as a point of contact for the customer to depend on to answer questions and provide information effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers to select optimal car wash or detail service.
• Analyze customer service required and inform of all services tailored to the customer's needs.
• Monitor all customer calls, schedule detail appointments, analyze problems and ensure optimal solutions as well as follow up on all pending issues.
• Educate customers about services and promotions and convey information effectively.
